Why was I sent a rescheduling request?

We're so sorry we had to reschedule your booking.  Although we strive for unlimited availability, occasionally there may not be enough professionals available at a given time to fulfill your request.  If this happens, we'll reschedule for another time when a professional will be available.  If the rescheduled time doesn't work for you, feel free to skip, reschedule, or cancel your booking, free of charge.  Thank you for understanding.
