How do I file a satisfaction policy claim?

We're sorry to hear that you were not 100% satisfied with your service. We do have a process in place in case something goes wrong. Please see the following guidelines for all claims:

  • Rate the booking 1-3 via survey sent to you after the service
  • After rating the booking you will be sent a type form where you will be asked specific questions, additional dislikes, and be allowed to upload pictures of missed areas.
  • You will have 24 hours to fill out the form and upload any pictures to support your claim. After 24 hours, the Satisfaction Policy is void. Please note that no credits or refunds will be issued if an appropriate picture is NOT uploaded.
