How do I file a satisfaction policy claim?

  • Rate the booking 1-3 via survey sent after service
  • After rating the booking you will be sent a type form where you will be asked specific questions, additional dislikes, and even be allowed to upload pictures of affected areas.
  • You will have 24 hours to fill out the form and upload any pictures to support your claim. After 24 hours, your options are limited and we can’t apply a Satisfaction Policy. No credits or refunds will be issued if a picture is NOT uploaded.
