Operations Process

Upon Same Day Request

  • If we aren't able to dispatch the booking, an automated email is sent to let you know we were not able to find a detailer for the time/day requested
  • This is a process that is the most efficient way to communicate to you in the event we are unable to find a detailer for services requested. 
  • Of course you will not be charged a dime!

General Rules

  • We always send a comment on reschedule / cancel
  • After a job, If 2 hours after a survey we still don't get a response, we mark as done
  • We always communicate with vendors using one of the 4 package links
