What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

Washos policies are designed to promote a consistently reliable experience for customers and technicians alike.  While we know schedules can change quickly, rescheduling or skipping a booking with short notices causes technicians to miss out on other job opportunities as well as waste their time and gas.  To be fair, we have to compensate the detailer for their time and expect the same reliability from them.

You can cancel or reschedule 2 hours outside of requested booking time free of charge. Cancelling/Rescheduling a booking less than 2 hours before the assigned time will be subject to an automated $20 non-refundable fee.  

***It's only fair that if WASHOS triggers a cancel due to a detailer no-show or late cancel, you will receive an automated email with a link to express our apologies along with credits to discount your wash if you choose to reschedule. 

Please note that 98% of our bookings will be delivered on the date and time requested.  In the event that your bookings gets cancelled or a technician doesn’t show up we will send you a rescheduling email and add credits to your Washos account. Please email us directly to resolve any issues so we can make things right.
