What happens after I book?

  1. Once we receive your request we will dispatch to all appropriate technicians in your area. You will receive an email formalizing your request.  This email does not guarantee your appointment.
  2. After your booking is picked up by a technician you will receive a second email confirming your booking, as well as the detailers name. 95% of our appointments are delivered at the time requested.
  3. On the day of the booking your technician will call/text you upon arrival.
  4. Once the booking is done we will kindly send out a survey asking that you how you enjoyed the service.
